Refund policy

Knighten Naturals have a no refund and no exchange policy. If your order is incorrect, you have 7 business days from the delivery date to return the items. All return forms and labels must properly be placed inside of package. If your items are damaged when delivered, the no exchange policy does not apply. You must submit a photo of the damaged product to our email within 24 hours of the delivery date. If our team approves the request, the items can be exchanged for products of the same cost or you may received store credit. Please allow 48-72 hours to receive store credit via email.
